CA is a division of Risk Finance & Investment Corporation, one of the oldest and most experienced Retro program managers in Washington State. Since 1987, we have consistently earned high returns for our members. Focus
Unlike some trade organizations with political agendas, CA was established primarily to help businesses prevent on-the-job injuries and to reduce costs associated with injuries when they occur. And while we offer other member benefits, such as social and legislative programs, our focus remains fixed on saving our members money on their L&I premiums.
Service
Since its beginning in 1987, CA has always placed a premium on personal customer service. CA maintains a caseload of fewer than 75 timeloss claims per claims manager, assuring personal attention to each member's account. This means smaller caseloads per staff member and better service for you. Additionally, our claims staff have previous experience working at L&I, so they understand the system and know how to navigate it to your advantage.
